Delete Your Grovio Homeschool App Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your grovio account and all associated data directly from within the app. This permanently removes all your learner profiles, portfolio moments, attendance records, planner content, and authentication data.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open grovio and go to Settings (tap the gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion in the sheet that appears.
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Can't access the app?
If you're unable to access the app to delete your account, email us at hello@grovioapp.com and we will manually delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Learner profiles
- Portfolio moments and photos
- Attendance records
- Planner series and entries
- Friday Wrap-Up history
- Your account credentials
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
