Delete Your grovio Homeschool App Account

Using grovio for free without signing in? You do not have a grovio account or homeschool data stored on our servers. Your records stay only on your device, and deleting the app permanently removes that local data.

Gave us your email but never signed in?

Giving grovio your email for trial updates and occasional notes does not create a grovio account or upload your homeschool data. Deleting the app removes grovio data stored on that device, but it does not remove copies you saved elsewhere or unsubscribe your email from updates. To stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe link in any grovio email.

Signed in with a Premium or Community account?

You can delete your grovio account and associated cloud data directly from within the app. Limited Community records may be retained in a de-identified form or for a short period when needed for security, legal obligations, group integrity, or backup rotation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open grovio and go to Settings (tap the gear icon).
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion in the sheet that appears.
  5. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Can't access the app?

If you are signed in for Premium cloud sync but cannot access the app, email us at and we will manually delete your account and associated grovio data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
